I am now 69 years old and have been recieving Social Seurity benifits for 4 years. I am still employed and work approx 55 hrs per week and have worked for my employer for 35 years. My employer just down sized the finance department where I work and I was told by a supervisor that I was was under consideration for employment termination but that someone else was terminated insted. I question is would I be eligible for unemployment benifits if I had been terminated?
