Hello! I have recently taken family leave from my job on 11-08-09 for two surgeries and I have exhausted the maximum time of 12 weeks which is allowed under my jobs fmla policy. As of today 1-06-10 my employment status is unemployed. I am currently receiving partial payment from worker's compensation for the time that I am out of work from these surgeries. The worker's comp. surgeries are a result of injuries which occured at my previous job. My question is, do I still qualify for any type of unemployment benefits? Thank you!
