I'm trying to figure out whether it is possible to receive benefits for unemplyment while a worker's comp case is still pending. Will it jeopardize the case at all or is it OK to receive benefits while the company has stopped paying me? So basically, I'm not receiving temporary disability OR permanent disability benefits because I still need to see a neutral doctor to determine my status. In the meantime, I'm in limbo until I see him because my disability benefits were also maxed out through the state. What should I do?
