Requirements:
Out of work for not fault of your own
Physically able to work
Available for work
Actively seeking employment

Who can apply:  Out of work and part time workers

How long can you claim benefits:  12-26 weeks out of a one year period

Weekly benefit amount:  $40-$450

Determined by:  highest quarterly wages during base period times multiplier

Eligibility Requirements:  You must show a “substantial” attachment to the labor force.  This is based partly on a minimum earnings test.

Nonprofit agencies
School districts
State and local governments
Agricultural employers
Domestic employers who pay $1,000 or more in cash wages in any calendar quarter
