Requirements:
Unemployed due to no fault of your own
   
Able to work, available for work, willing to accept suitable work and actively seeking full time work.
The base period is the first four of the last five completed calendar quarters before the week you file and initial claim

Eligibility:
    
1- You must have wages in at least two quarters of your qualifying period (base period).
2- The base period is the first four quarters (12 months) of the last five completed quarters from the date your claim is filed.
3- The total of your base period earnings must equal or exceed one and one-half times your highest quarter earnings
 
Who can apply:  Out of work and part time workers.

How long can you claim benefits:  Up to 26 weeks

Weekly benefit amount:  $45 - $255

Determined by:  Average of quarterly wages pages in two highest quarters
